The Practice will assist LATAM clients on their most important transactions and disputes arising in the U.S. and U.K. Firm Partners have broad and deep knowledge in a wide range of practices, including M&A; project finance and development; privatizations; capital markets; restructuring; trade and sanctions compliance; regulatory issues, enforcement actions, litigation, and arbitration proceedings.
The Practice will be chaired by Yine Rodríguez Pérez, a Partner and a recognized leader in complex international arbitrations, primarily in LATAM.
The Firm’s Partners, many of whom are bilingual, have deep experience across LATAM and are adept at navigating business, political, economic, and regulatory inflection points. They are uniquely placed to provide counsel on opportunities and risk management for clients’ U.S. and U.K. legal matters.
